WHAT WE DO
Our service is structured around
the key elements of effective media communications. These
can be summarised under four key headings:-
- Pre-emptive Assessment
- identifying the issues that may impact an organisation,
and developing early warning systems.
- Planning and Training
- agreeing strategies, procedures, key messages, lines to
take, etc., and running simulation exercises, interview
training and simulated media play to ensure they function
well.
- Incident Control
– assisting clients to positively engage with the
media during a crisis or event.
- Value-Added Media Effect
– helping clients to emerge from a crisis with their
reputation enhanced.
